2019 Year in Review of XYZ Storage
What a year it has been for us here at XYZ Storage! 2019 has been an exciting year for our employees, partnerships, customers, and our organization as a whole. We have hit some of the most important milestones in our company’s history and we are glad to be sharing them with you in our 2019 year in review recap.
Transition to XYZ Storage
One of the biggest milestones that has happened this year was the big transition from All Canadian Self-Storage to XYZ Storage. We officially became XYZ Storage as of June 3, 2019! Our decision to make this major change reflected how our company is growing alongside the thriving storage industry. We could not be prouder of our employees and partners that put in an endless number of long days into rebranding our organization. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service commitment to our customers over the last two decades and we intend to provide the same exceptional service for many more years to come.
Community Events
In the summer, we participated and sponsored many events that have taken place in the communities that we operate in. Some of the big highlights include the Manulife Ride for Heart, SickKids Block Party, and The Flavours of Thorncliffe Event.
On Sunday, June 2, XYZ Storage employees and family members participated in the Manulife Ride for Heart event to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation. With the launch of our rebrand being the next day, we represented our company wearing our new grey and yellow colours at the event. The Ride for Heart event is one we avidly support every year and will continue to support for many years to come!
We cannot forget about the time our XYZ Storage team gave out FREE ice cream at the SickKids Block Party. It was a wonderful family event that we sponsored to help raise funds for the SickKids ‘Re-Imagine our Campus’ campaign.
At XYZ Storage, we enjoy supporting the communities that we operate in and donating our facilities to organizations who need the space for an event. The Flavours of Thorncliffe event was a wonderful community event that celebrates food and international cultures with the goal of raising funds for the local community.

Eastern Facility Opening
The Eastern facility opening has been a long time coming and thanks to our hardworking employees it has been completed. We are happy to announce that as of October 10 of this year our Toronto Downtown location has officially opened. Visit us at 459 Eastern Avenue to check out our brand-new facility! If you are interested in making our XYZ Storage Eastern facility your home for your belongings, ask one of our friendly employees who would be glad to help you out. This was another huge moment in our company’s history, and we are glad to finally be able to serve as a home to even more customers in the Downtown Toronto core.
We Thank You
Most importantly, we wanted to say thank you to our customers, employees, partners, and the communities we operate in. From all of us at XYZ Storage, we greatly appreciate the continuous amounts of love and support that we have received this year and for the last two decades. We are ending off the decade as a new and improved organization and we could not be any more grateful. We also wish you and your loved ones a happy new year and are looking forward to making 2020 another wonderful year!
