Those who work here have years of experience with self storage solutions and have supported one another throughout their careers. XYZ Storage has been operating GTA and Toronto self storage facilities for over 20 years. From day one, we have viewed self storage as a people business. We know that in order for our people — employees that work at the facilities and customers who store their valuable belongings with us — to feel comfortable in the environment, we need to design our buildings to be user friendly and accessible. That is how we developed the solutions for direct unit accessibility with the innovative drive-through design. This means that our customers will be able to access their storage units comfortably in all weather conditions.


Every year, XYZ Storage takes at least four to five members of our team to self storage conventions in the USA. Aside from attending the conventions, our training also involves touring self storage facilities in the host cities, so that we may learn from the day-to-day operations and customer relationship building of other self storage companies. We also participate in the Canadian Self Storage Association (CSSA) Conference. We, as XYZ Storage, have a record of the largest attendance for many years. How can XYZ Self Storage’s team make self storage easier for our valued customers? By exposing our personnel to learning and technology that will enable them to increase their self storage knowledge and develop their customer interaction skills.

Our team leaders, the Self Storage Managers, are very experienced in the business, having over 85 combined years in the industry. There are five storage operations owned by XYZ Storage. The Self Storage Managers have many years of experience dealing with all aspects of the storage business and, importantly, customer relations. The management team is very open to ideas, suggestions, and feedback provided by every contributing individual within the organization. We believe that this open environment allows XYZ Storage to continuously improve and develop the best self storage solutions and services offered to our customers in Toronto and in Canada.
