The Toronto West self storage facility located on Weston Road features a comprehensive interior and exterior security system. There are 25 video cameras to provide coverage at key locations inside and outside of the building. This public storage building has three fire sprinkler systems which are monitored 24 hours a day. All storage units are heated. XYZ Storage is Ontario’s first self storage facility to feature a drive through concept, which allows cars and trucks to drive into the self storage building and park inside, in front of or near their storage unit to load and unload. Full-time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist storage clients.

For those who need to store larger atypical items, the building features loading docks, drive-in truck entrances, and material handling equipment (forklift, pump truck, and dollies). Customized storage units can be constructed to accommodate these (larger area) needs and XYZ Storage may be able to provide racks and shelving if needed. Our docks and drive-in design will accommodate ocean containers. Business clients may make use of fax, copier services and Wi-Fi. Our Storage Experts will handle package receiving and outgoing parcels at no charge to customers.

The units at the Toronto West self storage facility range in size from small mini storage lockers, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ (12 sq ft), to a double garage, 20′ x 30′ (600 sq ft) This facility also features on-site moving truck and trailer rentals. We have a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture storage, packing supplies and moving/storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit. Move-ins/outs are prorated to the day with no advance notice needed and the storage payment schedule is per month.
