After looking around Scarborough and the east end of the city..I realized this was the best PRICE..not only that it was a clean location. lots of options for storage and the Staff are very friendly and helpful..I would recommend this location..my only complaint was the lack of lighting in each storage unit ..but I understand why this is not a option..it's a good storage cheaper than all the REST..you won't be disappointed..👌

Really sad to say I got priced out of my unit. I have been using XYZ for over 4 years and my price increase jumped from $383 to $460/month and on their website, they are advertising the same unit for $349. I called asking if there’s anything they can do. I don’t think it’s fair that a long term customer has to pay much more than a new customer. I was basically told by the manager, who was very rude and abrupt, that every unit is subjected to a price increase and the price I see on the website is a “deal”. I told her I’d have to move out and she replied “Sure, don’t forget to fill out the move out form.” I called their head office number and got the same response “I mean, if you want to move out, then sure” is what the guy responded when I said their competitor’s price is cheaper. Seems that since new management came in, customer service has significantly decreased. I will move on to Green Storage next door whose prices are cheaper and management is much friendlier. Please beware of this significant price increase before choosing XYZ.
Great experience and help today. Samantha was great and facilitated our closing and was attentive and anticipated what we’d need as we were closing our locker.
