After looking around Scarborough and the east end of the city..I realized this was the best PRICE..not only that it was a clean location. lots of options for storage and the Staff are very friendly and helpful..I would recommend this location..my only complaint was the lack of lighting in each storage unit ..but I understand why this is not a option..it's a good storage cheaper than all the REST..you won't be disappointed..👌

Everything is very new and automated and clean and service is great and app controlled access. So overall it’s a very positive experience. I’m just going to point out two things that need improvement, but it has many great things going for it. One is that the elevators close way too fast and are very aggressive where they don’t automatically open if they hit you or press against you or a cart and so it’s a very unnerving and anxiety producing experience trying to use the elevators with carts because they’re not timed properly and I brought that up with management and they said that they’re going to look into it. The other thing is that the hallways are just big enough for the carts but if you have anything hanging over the carts, you’re not gonna be able to make the Corner turns in the hallways. But everything else is fantastic.

I booked my unit at XYZ downtown Toronto, however, Paul from XYZ Dundas was so kind and considerate to answer all my questions and even send me an email afterwards for confirmation.
It is very rare to experience this standard of customer service. You have a great employee in your hands. Fully deserved 5 star rating.
