The ladies here Jessica & Natalie are awesome! They are extremely proficient in their fields. We dealt mostly with Jessica, but both of them are very personable. They really know their stuff. Jessica has amazing interpersonal skills, which encourage one to make a point of using these services & not consider any other storage business, despite other storage companies also being close in the area. We will certainly recommend this business to our neighbors, friends & associates.

Better service and well upfront about any lease and the terms ...gave me proper notice ahead of time if i miss payments and so on ...overall better experience compared to public storage

I've used the Etobicoke location in the past and have been very happy with it.
Natalie and Jessica were exceptional in their customer service. Their kindness and care was outstanding, and demonstratable of our whole very positive experience with XYZ! The unit was very reasonably priced and they took the time to help in any way they can, and in especially tailoring the unit to our needs. They were especially kind to my daughter and that spoke volumes. All in all all the staff are wonderful. THANK YOU for making us feel right at home :)

The Etobicoke self storage design offers over 850 heated units ranging in size from a small mini-storage locker, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ (12 sq ft), to a double garage 20′ x 40′ (800 sq ft). So if you are searching for self storage near me then we can help! XYZ Storage is formerly known as All Canadian Self Storage having served our customers for over 20 years with our self storage units and exceptional customer service.
XYZ Storage on Lake Shore West features a comprehensive interior & exterior security system and fire sprinkler system which are monitored 24 hours a day. This mini storage location features over 20 video cameras, inside and outside, throughout the storage property. All units are heated. Full-time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist clients. Customized storage units can be constructed to accommodate these (larger area) needs and XYZ Storage may be able to provide racks and shelving if needed. Many businesses chose this storage site because of the security system. Clients may make use of fax, copier and Wi-Fi services, and the self storage staff will handle incoming and outgoing parcels at no charge to the customer.
The Etobicoke self storage facility also features on-site moving truck and trailer rental, blankets and moving dollies. The storage facility has a large selection of wrapping and covers for furniture protection/storage, packing supplies and moving/storage boxes. XYZ Storage does not charge an administration fee or security deposit. Move-ins/outs are prorated to the day, with no advance notice needed, and the rental term is per month (not 28 days/4 weeks).
