It is climate controlled and has more than 1,600 secure self storage units in various sizes ranging from compact, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ to larger 10′ x 20′ garage-sized storage units.
It is easily accessible to the Downtown Toronto core (corner of Eastern and Booth) one block north of Lakeshore Blvd, Eastern Ave and three blocks east of Broadview Avenue intersection. Serving the Downtown Toronto area in close proximity to the Leslieville, Liberty Village and Beaches area. The facility has a large customer service area with free coffee and Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as an ‘on the go’ meeting centre for customers to plan their day and make phone calls contributing to our facility being the best self storage option. Drive your truck/car into the secure, well illuminated, climate controlled building. We have self storage units starting at $25.00. The Downtown Toronto self storage facility features a comprehensive interior and exterior security system. This storage building has three fire sprinkler systems. The fire alarm and security systems are monitored 24 hours. Commercial and home owners appreciate our high-level security system. All storage units are climate controlled (heat and air). Full-time cleaning and maintenance personnel are also available to assist customers.
